We ship within the U.S. using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local courier.

Standard processing time is 5-10 business days for custom orders.

Standard processing time is 14 business days for embroidered orders.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are shipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our shop. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds & Returns

Custom Items: All custom-printed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or printing error on our part.

Non-Custom Items: Must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition.

Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Send photos and order details to 609vinyl@gmail.com for resolution.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for custom items. Non-custom items may be exchanged if available.
