Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We ship within the U.S. using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local courier.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard processing time is 5-10 business days for custom orders.

  • Standard processing time is 14 business days for embroidered orders.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided once orders are shipped.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • 609 Vinyl is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

  • If a package is lost, contact us at 609vinyl@gmail.com for assistance.

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our shop. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds & Returns

  • Custom Items: All custom-printed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or printing error on our part.

  • Non-Custom Items: Must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Send photos and order details to 609vinyl@gmail.com for resolution.

 

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for custom items. Non-custom items may be exchanged if available.

 

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
